This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS code for this effort is 541519 and the small business size standard is $34,000,000.00. THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFQ/RFP) Further, this synopsis is not a guarantee of a future RFQ/RFP and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered quotes/proposals, and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
