AMENDMENT 1: Amendment 1 will make the following changes to the solicitation: 1) Remove the cost breakout sheet and wage determination to allow for standard commercial price proposals to be submitted. 2) Make adjustments to Sections L&M to remove any conflicting information on how pricing should be submitted. 3) Extended to 26 February 2026 to allow additional time for adjustments to quotations.
