    Description

    Amend 1 to provide deadline for RFI. RFI due by 5:00 PM MT on Monday, June 30th. (SF 30 in attachments)

    CORRECTION TO SITE VISIT REGISTRATION:

    If you wish to attend the site visit, the following are required:

    • Registration via email to amber.sampson@usda.gov with subject line “12805B25R0020 Site Visit Registration” received no later than June 13th, 2025 at 1:00 pm CT.
    • Background check via https://redtailsecurity.com/corp/NBAF must be completed no later than June 13th, 2025 at 1:00 pm CT.
    • Refer to attachments 5 for complete details information.

    Contractors must be registered and complete background check to attend the site visit. If contractors are not registered with a completed background check, they will not be permitted on the site visit. Site visit attendance is mandatory to provide an offer on this solicitation.  Site visit attendance will be verified by registration and site visit sign-in sheet.
