    THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL.  This notice is for information and planning purposes only.  In accordance with Part 10 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, the Government is conducting market research to determine the availability and adequacy of potential business sources in providing a commercial item that meets the Government’s requirements.  This Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals and it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government.  The information herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a competitive contract.  If a competitive solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the SAM.gov website.  Proprietary information will be accepted and handled appropriately.  Responders should indicate which portions of their responses are proprietary and should mark them accordingly.  The Government is not obligated to and will not reimburse the contractor for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice and submittals will not be returned to the sender.

    The Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) seeks to procure leadership training for the Department of the Air Force (DAF) acquisition workforce. This requirement includes the design, development, documentation, and delivery of six distinct instructor-led Leadership Challenge Program (LCP) courses, ranging from one to 2.5 days each; each targeting different leadership development levels and incorporating specific self-awareness assessments. These courses, LCP 1 through LCP 4, focus on enhancing emotional intelligence, leadership effectiveness, mentoring/coaching skills, and navigating complex challenges, respectively, utilizing assessments such as Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Change Style Indicator, Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation –Behavior, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Model, Workplace Big 5 Profile, Influence Style Indicator, Campbell Leadership Index, Pearman Personality Integrator, Conflict Dynamic Profile, Coaching Behavior Inventory, Decision Style Profile, and Leadership Circle Profile. The program also includes a Developing Leadership Presence Course focused on cultivating confident and impactful communication through self-awareness assessments like the CPI 260.

    This requirement will be set aside for a contractor within the 8(a) program. This Sources Sought/RFI seeks to identify 8(a) contractors capable of providing training services in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
