    This solicitation is for Advanced Meter Reading System (AMRS) Metering Implementation at FE Warren AFB, WY. It is a 100% set-aside for SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) Program IAW FAR 19.15. Please see attached documentation for details. 

    Amendment 1 changes the date questions are due in paragraphs 1 & 5 to 14 July 2025 at 2:00PM CST. It also incorporates Attachment 7- FE Warren Site VIsit Sign In Sheet.

    Amendment 2 extends the proposal due date from 17 July 2025 to 31 July 2025.
