***The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response date to 25 September 2025.***The Contractor shall provide the herbicides, surfactant, and method of application, which shall be approved by the Corps of Engineers, and shall comply with Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. The contractor shall dispose of herbicide and surfactant containers as prescribed by the manufacturers label on the chemical containers, and in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. Any damage resulting from transportation, storage, handling, mixing, or usage of herbicides and or surfactants shall be the sole responsibility of the Contractor. No responsibility therewith will be assumed by the government. The Contractor shall have a current herbicide applicators license as specified in the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act or other federal and state statutes, laws, ordinances, guidelines, and regulations applicable to the work.
