The contractor shall make the aircraft available for the year-round (365 days per year), exclusive use by federal government or government contracted pilots. Other types of work to a lesser degree will be resource management, passenger and cargo transportation, law enforcement, pilot training, pilot proficiency, and administrative activities. Notice of Intent is required to be submitted by all interested parties no later than May 23, 2023, at 1300 MDT.
