The Army Contracting Command-Redstone anticipates awarding a contract for DDUX production on another than full and open competitive basis under the authority of Title 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 10 USC 3204 (a)(3) as implemented by FAR Part 6.302-4(b)(1) International Agreement. The proposed contract action will include a Period of Performance from the Day of Award, through 31 December 2024. This will be confirmed upon order acceptance for 116 Display Assemblies. The Display Assembly is made up of the following parts: Part Number Description 9800-99000-0100 DDUx II 9800-96120-0000 Multi-Function Rugged Display (MRD121) II 12.1 9800-96830-0000 DDUx II Keyboard Unit 9800-96613-0512 DDUx II/MRT104 II 512 GB Solid State Hard Drive 9800-13290-0000 DDUx II AC Power Adapter 881327-1 DDUx II to Display Unit Cable -5 ft. The proposed source to procure this requirement is Leonardo DRS, 100 N. Babcock Street, Melbourne, FL 32935; CAGE Code 32865. The Government does not have sufficient technical data rights to this equipment and would experience significant duplication of costs coupled with unacceptable delays in schedule. Pursuing a sole source requirement with a source other than the current contractor would result in a significant cost, schedule, and performance risk to the HIMARS and MLRS programs. The DDUX Display Assembly shall meet the performance requirements of MIS-PRF-35480. An offerors product must meet qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Additional information about qualification may be obtained from the primary and secondary points of contact. In some cases, the additional qualification information at subsystem or components levels must be obtained by Leonardo DRS, 100 N. Babcock Street, Melbourne, FL 32935; CAGE Code 32865. Additional information such as drawing numbers, size dimensions, or other form, fit, or functional descriptions can be made available upon request. Total DDUX Display Assembly quantities under this contract action will not exceed 116. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will not be made available through the Government Point of Entry (GPE); however, a copy may be provided upon request.
