    Description

    The Department of the Air Force (DAF) intends to evaluate opportunities for the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Centers through Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) authority (10 U.S.C. § 2667) at one or more Air Force installations. The DAF is primarily seeking ground lease payments for consideration. If energy generation is included within an offeror’s proposal, then the DAF will consider energy resilience as an additional consideration component. Energy resilience is not a required consideration.
