    Description

    The Department of the Air Force (DAF) intends to evaluate opportunities for the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Centers through Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) authority (10 U.S.C. § 2667) at one or more Air Force installations. The DAF is primarily seeking ground lease payments for consideration. If energy generation is included within an offeror’s proposal, then the DAF may favorably consider energy resilience as an additional consideration component.  Any offer provided must demonstrate no negative impact to the energy or water resiliency of the associated DAF installation or surrounding community.
