The Delaware Army National Guard requires an instructor to develop a course to lecture and tutor up to 25 soldiers Monday-Friday 0900-1700 for two consecutive weeks 14-25 September 2025. The initiative is to improve test scores on the Armed Forces Classification Test (AFCT) General Technical (GT) portion which includes; Arithmetic Reasoning, Word Knowledge, Paragraph Comprehension, General Science, Mathematics Knowledge, Electronics Information, Auto and Shop, Mechanical Comprehension, Assembling Objects, Practical Exercises, and End of Block Quizzes. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to provide an AFCT Test Preparation Course in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. All personnel must possess, at a minimum, a teaching degree or hold Adjunct Professor status. Resumes are required.
