Description.

Plan and facilitate strategic planning workshops using the previously developed Air Force Global Strike Command Global Surveillance Strike (GSS) Concept of Operations to further refine the intermediate basing vision and the Concept of Employment (CONEMP). Deliverables include a series of workshop reports, analyses, and technical reports conducted over approximately one calendar year. A planning-phase outbrief summary product will also be generated. Written and verbal feedback on communication products generated with information from this activity will be provided. The project will generate tailored planning material suitable for Joint wargaming and cooperative industry analysis. National Capital Region (NCR) and off-site leadership engagements at Department of Defense (DoD) facilities will be supported as needed to accomplish this high-priority activity.
