INDUSTRY DAY-ARMY FAMILY HOUSING (AFH) CHIEVRES AIR Base (CAB) Phase 1

The Government will hold an industry day. Details are as follows:

1. Location: The proposal conference will be located at: Chievres Air Base, Benelux, Belgium.

2. Date/ Time: The conference will take placed on 12 August 2025 from 0900 – 1300hrs.

3. Registration Instructions: Due to limited space, attendees are limited to no more than two (2) individuals per firm. Offerors must pre-register their attendees no later than 5 August 2025 at 1400 Central European Summer Time. To Pre-Register, provide Lindsay Jaime, Contract Specialist, Lindsay.R.Jaime@usace.army.mil with the first and last name, email address, phone number, title, company and nationality. Please use subject : "ARMY FAMILY HOUSING (AFH) CHIEVRES AIR Base (CAB) Phase 1 Industry Day" for the email request. **PRE-REGISTATION EXTENDED TO 06 AUGUST 2025 1200 (12PM) CEST** IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE, FIRMS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A COPY OF THEIR ID IF FROM THE EU, OR A PASSPORT FROM ANYWHERE AND A PERSONAL GOOD CONDUCT CERTIFICATE (PGCC) FROM THERE LOCAL COMMUNE DATED LESS THAN 12 MONTHS.
