AFP FOR LEASE OF NON-EXCESS UNDERUTILIZED FACILITY AT STENNIS SPACE CENTER (NASA)

This Announcement for Proposal (AFP) solicits proposals to lease available Federal property at NASA Stennis Space Center (SSC) consisting of a non-excess, underutilized multi-use building commonly known as Building 3204 (“Building 3204”). As shown on Attachment D, Property Footprint, Building 3204 sits on an approximately 2.8 acres (+/-) of land (“Parcel”) that includes a paved parking lot, and which can be utilized for parking expansion or other use. Building 3204 and Parcel together are referred to in this AFP as the “Property.”

The Property is located in the NASA Stennis Space Center fee area on Jerry Hlass Road, as shown in Attachment B, SSC Land Map. Building 3204 totals over 14,200 gross square feet and its features consist of a high-bay room, storage rooms, corridor, mechanical systems, electrical systems, communications rooms, men and women’s restroom, offices, conference room, open lobby, small kitchenette, receiving and loading areas. Building 3204 was built in 1965, and had interior renovations in 2006, 2007, 2009, and 2013. Building 3204 may have asbestos spray- applied insulation and/or asbestos
