AGILENT SINGLE QUADRUPOLE MAINTENANCE

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Requirements, Capabilities, and Analysis (RCA), Chemistry & Explosives Branch (CEB) has a requirement to procure an Agilent Crosslab Silver preventative maintenance agreement fo the Agilent Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS) Single Quad system. This is a necessary requirement to ensure proper operations of the CEB analytical lab equipment which is used for mission critical research and analysis of Canine Explosive Training Aid (CETA) which are utilized by participants of the TSA National Explosives Detection Canine Team Program (NEDCTP). 

The contractor will provide support through the Agilent CrossLa b Silver preventative maintenance agreement for the Agilent Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometer GC/MS Single Quad System, which is critical for the CETA program. Ensuring the proper operation of the CEB 's analytical lab equipment is essential to support both new and ongoing opera tio that contribute to the mission-criticalresearch and analysis of CETA. These aids are used in the NEDCTP. The Agilent instrumentation has been installed and previously serviced by Agilent-certified technicians according to the manufacturer' specifications. Any deviation from using certified Agilent technicians could compromise the sensitivity and performance o the equipment, potentially hindering the CEB's ability to meet mission requirements and timelines effectively.
