Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract modification to the Systems Improvement Program IV Contract, N00019-22-C-0067, to Raytheon (RAY) for Transition to Production activities including planning, First Article Inspection and Test (FAIT), and acceptance testing.
