AIR STATION DETROIT FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM INSPECTION

This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 70Z03026QCLEV0006 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), request to complete inspection and testing of installed fire alarms and suppression system IAW the attached SOW.

This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

*** For this solicitation, DHS USCG intends to conduct an online competitive reverse auction to be facilitated by the third-party reverse auction provider, Unison Marketplace. Unison Marketplace has developed an online, anonymous, browser based application to conduct the reverse auction. A Seller may submit a series of pricing bids, which descend in price during the specified period of time for the aforementioned reverse auction. DHS USCG is taking this action in an effort to improve both vendor access and awareness of requests and the agency's ability to gather multiple, competed, real time bids. All responsible Sellers that respond to this solicitation MUST submit the pricing portion of their bid using the online exchange located at https://marketplace.unisonglobal.com.
