    Description

    This notice is the official solicitation posting for follow-on Air Terminal Ground Handling Services at U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Please see the attached Request for Proposal (RFP) and six (6) attachments for all information regarding this solicitiation. Attachment 6 includes all questions and answers to the draft solicitation.  Please see the attached Amendment 0001 to correct the solicitation issue date and Offeror due date on page 1 of the SF1449.  Please see the attached Amendment 0002 to extend the deadline for Questions from Offeror's to 1700 EST on 29 March 2024. Please see the attached Amendment 0003 to address Offeror questions to the solicitation and for other revisions. For offerors attending the Pre-Proposal Conference tomorrow, April 3rd, at 1300 EST, the final presentation slides are attached.  All offers are due on 15 April 2024 at 1700 EST.
