    Description

    The purpose of this notice is to inform all interested parties that requests to participate in the site visit for solicitation N6883624R0003 for Air Terminal Ground Handling Services at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (NSGB) will no longer be accepted as the closing date (16 January 2024) has since passed. Failure to attend the site visit may result in a lesser understanding of the requirement and technical approach for satisfying the requirement; however, it will not disqualify the offeror. The Government intends to post solicitation N6883624R0003 as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside on or about 30 January 2024. In order to compete for this requirement, the interested SDVOSB's shall comply with Class Deviation 2024-O0002. By submission of their proposal, interested offerors shall either   (1) be SDVOSB certified by SBA in SBA’s Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov; or  (2) Have both represented its status as an SDVOSB concern in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submitted an application for certification to SBA’s VetCert database on or before December 31, 2023.
