    This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA8201-26-R-0007 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for Air Traffic Control and Landing System (ATCALS) Equipment Infrastructure Upgrade at Hill AFB UT and the Utah Test and Training Range (UTTR). A site visit will be conducted as part of the solicitation. The site visit is scheduled for 8:00am MDT on 8 April 2026. Information regarding location and time will be provided to interested parties. Offerors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to ensure that there is a complete understanding of the requirements stated in the attached SOO. An award will not be modified to accommodate an Offeror's failure to understand the requirement. Offerors wanting to attend will need to provide the following information: Names (Last, First & Middle), date of birth, driver's license number, and state of issuance. This information is due no later than 2:00pm MDT on 2 April 2026 to jonathan.visounnaraj@us.af.mil. No more than 3 employees per company will be permitted. Questions are to be submitted in writing to Jonathan Visounnaraj at jonathan.visounnaraj@us.af.mil, due no later than 13 April 2026 at 10:00 AM MDT.
