The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division – Webster Outlying Field (NAWCAD WOLF) intends to award a Task Order off of N00421-22-G-0102 Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Cornet Technology, Inc. of Springfield, Virginia, CAGE CODE 0KPC5, for a period of 36 months from the effective date of the Task Order. This requirement is a task order and is to procure Tactical Voice Communication System (TVCS) mid-range (MR) system and TVCS OMNI system services and hardware components in support of the NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems (ATC&LS) Division. Cornet Technology, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of various specific TVCS OMNI voice switch components. Cornet Technology, Inc. is the only firm possessing the propriety information, knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to provide the maintenance and warranty, site installation, factory acceptance testing, end-user and maintenance familiarization training, and site support to address obsolescence or other unplanned repair and upgrades, cybersecurity, information technology and information assurance efforts, development of required supporting documentation, and TVCS OMNI hardware components at existing TVCS sites as well as the compatibility and interchangeability necessary for immediate integration into existing sites.  Under the statutory authority 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
