UPDATE 17 AUG 23 The Government presentation will be held on 8/30/23 from 9-10am CST. We will have sign in and introductions for about the first 10-15 minutes. Then get started at 9:15AM. This will be held for both virtual and in person attendees at the same time. There will be a virtual and in person option. The dates chosen for Industry Day are 30-31 Aug 2023. The location for Industry Day is Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma City, OK. More information regarding the Government's requirement will be provided on this announcement prior to Industry Day. The Government will not pay, reimburse, and/or allocate any funds to any company (or person) for participation in Industry Day or provide funds for any response to any request for information that supports planning for this requirement. In support of planning Industry Day, please provide your company's interest in participating in person or virtually. You can email the Contacting Officer, Amanda Jones, letting her know if you plan to participate. If you would like to participate in person, please request a DoD Safe Link from Amanda Jones. You will need to provide the attached Contractor Data for Industry Day EAL sheet with the requested information filled out completely. This information is required to obtain base access. There is no guarantee base access will be granted. The Government will not reschedule or work around conflicts preventing participation, to include any base access issues.
