This extension is granted to ensure the Government has adequate time to formulate and post responses, and to provide potential offerors with sufficient time to incorporate those answersalong with the updated wage ratesinto their final proposals. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment to complete the project in full compliance with this Statement of Work (SOW), USAF Technical Orders (T.O.s), Barksdale AFB Environmental Requirements, National Museum of the USAF guidance, and all applicable Federal, State, County, and local regulations. This includes strict adherence to safety standards, OSHA, DEQ, DOT, EPA regulations, and directives from the Barksdale AFB Hazardous Waste Program Manager.
