Industry questions on the latest RFP amendment 0001 are due no later than 12 December 2023, 1430EST. 0001: NAWCAD has received industry questions and is finalizing our responses to those industry questions. Interested vendors may anticipate receiving response to questions, answers, and an amend RFP next week (week of December 3rd) through this solicitation in PIEE. RFP - NAWCAD Aircraft Prototype System Division (APSD) Contractor Support Services (CSS) Contract. The Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Navy (DON), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM), Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), NAWCAD APSD, located in NAS Patuxent River, MD, has a requirement for CSS in support of Government organic aerospace engineering, manufacturing, and installation activities to conduct military and commercial aircraft systems development, integration of new technology, experimentation, capability demonstration, airworthiness certification, and maturation of prototype systems on aircraft. NAWCAD intends to award a Single Award (SA) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), specific requirements will be derived from the scope of the SOW and documented through the issuance of individual Task Orders (TO) or Delivery Orders (DO). This requirement has been communicated previously through SAM.gov notice ID: N00421-23-R-0051; via a sources sought (12April2023), a special notice (Industry Day)(12August2023), a presolicitation (Draft RFP)(12September2023), and an updated presolicitation (03October2023 and 12October2023). Industry questions on the RFP are due no later than 21 November 2023, 14:30EST. Thank you for your interest in supporting our APSD requirement and the DON Warfighter.
