Each offeror's technical narrative (no more than 5 pages) will receive a rating (acceptable/unacceptable) with a breakdown of the hotel names and addresses, and the number of rooms reserve in each hotel and description of the room. The Government will then evaluate the first three (3) lowest prices offers for technical acceptability and assign a technical rating of acceptable or unacceptable. If all three (3) offers are technically acceptable, no further offers will be evaluated. However, if any of the first three (3) are found to be technically unacceptable, the Government will continue to evaluate offers until there are three (3) technically acceptable offers. Amendment 0004: Extend Solicitation due fro February 18, 2026 at 1400 to Febraury 20, 2026 at 1400 EST. Amendment 0005: The purpose of this Amendment is to: 1. Remove Questions and Answers V1. 2. Add Questions and Answers V2 Correcting Question 3 and Question 16 due to discrepancy. Question 3 did not have the complete answer. 3. Extend the Solicitation due day from Friday, February 20, 26 at 1400 EST to Thursday, February 25, 2026, at 1400 EST. 4.
