ALF VAULT TOILET REPLACEMENT

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 12445526Q0103 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for construction services for ALF Vault Toilet Replacement. Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to removal of a vault toilet and replacement with a new vault toilet at Webb's Ferry boat launch on the Allegheny National Forest, Warren County, Pennsylvania. Contractors are strongly encouraged to inspect the location before submitting a quote. A site visit is scheduled for August 4, 2026, at 10am ET at the Allegheny National Forest Webbs Ferry Vault Toilet Latitude: 41.99555556 Longitude: -78.96305556. This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.  The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction .  The small business size standard is $45,000,000.00  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency.
