Therefore, provided hereunder is the relevant bid package for the construction project entitled, “Algoma Harbor Breakwater Repairs, Algoma, Kewaunee County, Wisconsin (USACE Acquisition)." PROJECT INFORMATION: The work includes the repair and reconstruction of the south Breakwater structure along with incidental related work.
