COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION IAW FAR 12.603

 (1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the (IAW) format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(2) The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W519TC-25-Q-2080. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Vendors who are not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award will not be considered. Vendors may register online at www.SAM.gov

(3) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05.

(6) Description of Requirement: 0001: ALUMINUM POWDER, SPHERICAL, TYPE IV IAW WS23150 AND MIL-PRF-23950B W/AMENDMENT 1. TO BE DELIVERED IN STANDARD 55-GALLON METAL DRUMS. QUALIFIED MANUFACTURERS LISTED IN MIL-DTL-82886A TABLE VI (EXPLOSIVE, PLASTIC-BONDED, CAST PBXN-109) SAFETY DATA SHEET (SDS) AND CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMANCE (COC) REQUIRED.
