    Description

    This modification 0001 is hereby issued to make corrections and clarifications to the subject solicitation as follows:

    1. To correct Standard Form 1449, block 8 (Offer Due Date) from 2025 JUL 30 to 2025 AUG 04.
    2. To correct Attachment A-1 Schedule, CLIN0009 (Fujairah UAE) mode of delivery from TANK TRUCK (BRG) to BARGE (BRG).
    3. To correct Based Reference Date from 13 March 2025 to 13 May 2025.
    4. For CLIN0007 (IFO RME 380 at Fujairah, UAE), maximum 3.5% Sulfur is required.
    5. For CLIN0008 (IFO RME 180 at Fujairah, UAE), VLSFO (maximum 0.5% Sulfur) is required.
    6. For CLIN0010, this line item has been deleted.
    7. For Marine Gas Oil (MGO) fuel, per ENERGY QAP C16.23-2 COMMERCIAL MARINE GAS OIL MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (DLA ENERGY APR 2021): Product shall conform to the requirements of the latest revision of ISO 8217, Category ISO-F-DMA.

    All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
