Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the renovation of two (2) bathrooms and one (1) kitchen at US Embassy Kuwait Staff Diplomatic Residence (SDH 10).

If you would like to submit a quotation, follow all solicitation instructions, and complete the required portions of the attached document.

A site visit has been scheduled for June 3, 2025, at 09:00 AM Kuwait local time. For more information, please refer to page 49. Interested contractors are strongly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the premises prior to finalizing their proposals, including the Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). It is the contractor’s sole responsibility to thoroughly assess the site during this visit. Any inaccuracies, omissions, or cost discrepancies in the submitted proposal resulting from failure to inspect the site shall be the contractor’s full responsibility.

Any questions regarding the RFQ to be submitting electronically to  Kuwait_Solicitation@state.gov no later than June 5, 2025, at 10:00 am. No questions will be accepted beyond this date.

The purpose of this amendment is to

1. Exented the quotation Submission due date from June 17, 2025 to June 23,2025 at 10:00 am (Kuwait local time).

2. Please submit your proposal electronically via email to Kuwait_Solicitation@state.gov no later than June 23, 2025, at 10:00 am (Kuwait local time).

The purpose of this amendment is to

1. Provide answers to questions received as Enclosure A.
2. Update measurements to drawings provided in Attachment A. (Reference SDH 10 – Kitchen, and bathroom).
