Site Visit Date and Meeting Location: 6 May, 1100 at the Spangdahlem Air Base Main Gate IAW DAFMAN 16-1404 V1, "Foreign nationals may not engage in the following DoD security administrative activities: 1. Accessing codes or functions associated with the intrusion detection system or master codes associated with access control devices." Therefore, only US vendors will be considered for this requirement. In order to attend this site visit, you MUST fill out and return Attachment 3 - Entry Access Requirements to Lt Bowen and Mr. Dahinten NLT 0800 CEST on 30 April 2025 (2300 PDT on 29 April 2025).
