Offerors are advised that they must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database, SAM.gov, prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of an offer. Addendum 01- The purpose of this addendum is to (1) change the evaluation process from LPTA to Comparative, (2) update the Period of Performance from 01 JAN 31 DEC to 05 JAN 04 JAN, (3) update the Performance Work Statement, (4) update the Combine Synopsys to include Sections L and M, (5) add Attachment 1-Price Template and (6) add Attachment 2-Q&A Government Responses. Addendum 02- The purpose of this addendum is to add Addendum 01- description. Addendum 03- The purpose of this addendum is to update Attachment 2-Q&A Government Responses.
