The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:    MERATIVE US L.P. 1 LETTERMAN DRIVE, BUILDING C, SUITE 410 SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94129-1495 UEI: EPZLUC1Q5CU1 This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate to purchase the Merative MarketScan® Research Databases with MERATIVE US L.P. located at the VAMC West Haven. The contractor will provide the required parts and labor. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.   The NAICS 513210. The size standard is $47.0M.
