    Amendment 0003

    This soliciation has been amended to reflect the following:

    1. Shipping to Tracy, CA is no longer an option for the Government as requirements have changed as described in Amendment 0001 and Attachment 2 - Questions and Answers.
    2. Previous quotations submitted will be kept on file but no longer evaluated.
    3. If your firm is still interested in this opportunity, you are hereby advised to submit an updated quotation with direct shipping to Guam and IAW the other solicitation requirements.
