APPELLATE ADVOCACY TRAINING LEGAL WRITER

The Air Force Appellate Defense Division (FOA/JAJA) represents Airmen and Guardians on appeal following conviction at court-martial has a requirement to provide personnel who can provide a two-to-three-day in-person training course to two-to-eight personnel instructing on strategic and written appellate advocacy skills relevant to criminal cases two times a year.

1. Must have credential as a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school?
2.  Experience as a legal writing trainer dealing with substantial, high-quality legal practice experience in reviewing appellate records and written appellate advocacy, If so, how many years of experience do you have.
3. Must have experience in appellate advocacy in criminal cases as well as prior teaching skills in written appellate advocacy
