Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov and will be listed under Army Contacting Command - Watervliet Arsenal (ACC-WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto, because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list.
