    SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: This Sources Sought Notice is not a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. There is no commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation, make awards, or pay for respondent expenditures made in response to this notice. Unsolicited proposals will not be accepted. Interested vendors are responsible for monitoring this notice for any subsequent amendments. All submissions become government property and will not be returned. The Government is exploring the use of a reverse auction as a procurement method for acquiring this product. However, any form solicitation issued as a result of this notice will be in a separate announcement. ________________________________________REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District (NAB) is considering the procurement of aquatic plant control services for the 2026-2030 growing seasons at Raystown Lake. The successful contractor would apply herbicide to twelve sites at Raystown Lake covering a total of 83.5 acres. The contractor would also collect samples to determine the concentration levels of herbicide before and after all treatments and document the percentage of kill to the targeted species for each treatment area. The period of performance is anticipated to be one base year plus four option years.
