2. Incorporate the mandatory contract clause FAR 52.222 90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors, as required by Executive Order 14398. (attached)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0449 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), United States National Poultry Research Center (USNPRC) in Athens, GA has a requirement to abate asbestos floor tiles and install new approved tiles in building 1, rooms 734, 735A, 735B, 736. See attached Statement of Work for a complete description of requirements.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 562910. The small business size standard is $25M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
