Circular 2025-05, Dated 07 Aug 2025.
(4) This acquisition is not set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 621340 with a $12.5M size standard.
(5) The Arizona Air National Guard intends to establish one (1) or more Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with
qualified entities, capable of providing Audiology services on-site at selected vendor’s facility. Any resultant BPA(s)
will be valid for a period up to five (5) years unless capacity is exhausted sooner. There is no minimum or maximum
guaranteed quantity.
Please note that a BPA is not a contract. A BPA is a streamlined method for acquiring products or services on an asneeded
basis from qualified sources that are readily available and thus eliminate the need for repetitive costly reprocurements.
The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The
Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice.
