The 164th Airlift Wing located at 4593 Swinnea Memphis, TN 38118 , is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Questions Formal communications such as request for clarifications and/or information concerning this solicitation must be submitted via e-mail to the address below referencing combined synopsis number W50S99-25-Q-1001. All answers (on a non-attribution basis) will be posted on www.SAM.gov web site. They will be contained in a document titled Questions and Answers. Offerors are requested to submit questions to the email address noted below not later than 31 January 2025 at 4:00 p.m. CST. Terms of the solicitation and specification remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgement and receipt of solicitation shall apply. Award can only be made to contractors registered in System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov ). Quote Submission: Quotes will be due to the 164AW/MSC, by 14 February 2025, 1:00 p.m. CST.
