    Description

    The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for Automated Penetration Testing and Vulnerability Tool Licenses, Maintenace, and Support. Accordingly, the TSA intends to award a contract to Ironwood Cyber, 301 Commerce Street Suite 2360, Fort Worth, Texas 76102. This contract will address the requirements to conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments for the TSA Computed Tomography (CT) Unit’s expansion of Airport Transportation Screening Equipment connectivity. The proposed contract action is for Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware, maintenance, and support for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
