1. Solution Summary Due Date: From 26 January 2026 to 20 January 2026 at 5:00PM ET
2. Full Proposal Due Date: From  30 March 2026 to 18 March 2026 at 5:00PM ET
3. ISO Section 3.1 Eligible Proposers is updated to clarify team arrangements.
4. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
