This Solicitation is being provided to allow small business concerns (SBCs) to become familiar with this requirement. During the solicitation period, vendors that are under the small business (8a) program may take the opportunity to review the small business (8a) program requirements and are eligible to submit a proposal for consideration in accordance with FAR 19.8 and FAR 52.219-8 of total small business set aside (Nov 2020) clause.
