The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 511210 and the PSC is 7K20. Persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This Notice of Intent to purchase Brand Name AvePoint DocAve software licenses is not a request for competitive quotations. However, the Government will consider all responses received. After the publication of this announcement, solicitation HT9425-24-Q-0081 will be posted on or about 15 July 2025. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a subsequent competitive procurement.
