West Desert Test Center/Chemical Test Division (WDTC/CTD) at Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), Utah requires a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to develop, design, and fabricate specialized Chemical Warfare Agent (CWA) test chambers, Aerosol Vapor Liquid Assessment Group (AVLAG) and Seams/Closure Test Chamber. The AVLAG test chamber is used to test US Army protective clothing ensembles during development and final version acceptance phases. ’The AVLAG Test Chamber acquisition is for the test chamber, contractor installation of the chamber at DPG, and operator training, and maintenance.
The AVLAG and S/C test chamber must be designed to meet a negative pressure atmosphere and when completed must be verified, validated, and certified to support test programs by US Army DPG, U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) as a validated test fixture. Salient requirements have been developed and will provide specific requirements for the AVLAG and S/C test chamber.
The Government projects award for September 2025 and fiscal year 2025 RDTE funds will be used.
