    Description

    The Director’s Awards are among the highest honors employees may receive from the FBI and recognize outstanding contributions and exceptional service to the FBI and its mission. The Director’s Award device will be composed of aluminum and optic crystal. Each award device will be personalized with an engraved double plate. The finished award device will be packaged in a black presentation box with die-cut foam inserts and black flocking, or other suitable material based on industry practice to secure the device. The maximum amount of award devices required in a single order will be 275 units and the minimum amount will be 175 units. The initial order will be for 275 units. Delivery of the initial order of 275 units will be required no later than Friday, August 15, 2025. Production of award devices will occur at Contractor’s facility. Final product to be delivered to the FBI. Delivery location to be determined at Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) call level. This custom award device design is intended solely for use by the FBI HRD in relation to the Director’s Awards. The award device design will remain the property of the FBI and cannot be used for any purpose other than the production of said device on behalf of the FBI HRD. The die blocks and molds for the awards will be the sole responsibility of the Contractor and this cost shall be included in the cost of the award device. The dies and the molds will become the property of the FBI upon completion of the contract.
