B-2 ACCESS CONTROL MAINTENANCE

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This is a sole-source requirement to Honeywell-Vertiv Corporation, with the exclusion of full and open competition authorized by 12.102(a). The Air Force Sustainment Center Operational Division (AFSC/PZIOA) is located at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma.

The solicitation number is FA810126Q0005. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

This acquisition is issued as an Other Than Full and Open Competition. This acquisition is Sole Source to Honeywell-Vindicator under (NAICS) 561621.

Responsible sources may submit a proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621.

Base Year:        1 April 2026 – 31 March 2027

Option year 1:   1 April 2027 – 31 March 2028

A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase order will be issued for this requirement.

The Contractor shall: Propose all cost associated with all services and labor at Tinker AFB, OK.

Quotations are due: 3 April 2026 NLT 4:00 PM CST.
