The acquisition strategy has not yet been determined. Market Research results will assist the Air Force in determining a strategy. Participation in this request is limited to U.S. DoD Contractors. Small businesses are encouraged to participate in this RFI. In accordance with FAR 15.201, this announcement shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intent to award a contract based on this notice or otherwise pay for information solicited. Respondents are requested to provide if they are a member in the SOSSEC Consortium, have Other Transaction Agreement awards, have been awarded SBIR contracts, GSA experience, and/or other unique contract awards.
