This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The BLM contemplates issuing a firm-fixed price contract.

This requirement is for an archaeological examination of lithic and/or faunal collections from twelve sites in the Jonah field of Wyoming. For further details, see the Attachment 1 for the Statement of Work.

Basic Contracting Requirements:
1. Active Registration - www.sam.gov.
2. Compliance with Section 889 clauses.
3. Invoicing and Payment - www.ipp.gov - 30 day prompt pay after delivery. We can accept and pay invoices.
