General Information: The purpose of this requirements is to remove the existing roof system at building 15 (Historical Building) and provide a new metal roof shingle roof system including some wood plank deck replacement, new self-adhering underlayment, new metal roof shingles. Install in accordance with roofing manufacturer’s recommendations. Provide a 30-year manufacturer’s warranty with 120-mph wind speed coverage.
Procurement will be solicited as one hundred percent (100%) Service- Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) . The solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The anticipated period of performance is 120 calendar days after Notice to Proceed has been issued.
